With Version 2, we’ve made installation faster, improved durability, and enhanced versatility, all while keeping the sleek, rugged design you love. 1. Faster, Easier Installation

• Single-piece wind fairing weldment – Instead of multiple pieces, the wind fairing is now a single, solid weldment. This means fewer assembly steps, a stronger structure, and an easier installation process.

• New double T-nuts – Unlike traditional T-nuts that spin, these new double T-nuts are designed to slide right into place in the correct orientation, preventing them from spinning around while you install components. This makes it much easier to assemble your rack, especially if you're up on a ladder.

• Pre-applied Loctite – No need to fumble with loctite during assembly—every necessary fastener comes pre-coated with Loctite to ensure a secure, vibration-resistant installation without the mess.

• All the tools you need for installation – We’re making things as simple as possible by including all the necessary tools for installation, so you won’t have to dig through your toolbox or make an extra trip to the store.

2. Better Design & Durability

• Ultra weather-resistant powder coating – We took durability to the next level by powder-coating not just the side plates, but also the 8020 aluminum extrusion bars. This adds extra protection against scratches and weather exposure, ensuring a long-lasting finish that holds up to the elements.

• Drop slots for T-nuts – One of the biggest frustrations with traditional racks is having to disassemble parts just to add accessories. With these new drop slots, you can easily add and adjust accessories later without tearing down the entire rack.

• All-black stainless hardware – Every piece of hardware is now black stainless steel, creating a sleek, uniform look that blends seamlessly with the rest of your van’s exterior.

• New internal channel splice plates – The V2 rack includes internal channel splice plates that increase strength and stability while minimizing interference with crossbars or solar panels. This means you can maximize your rack space without sacrificing structural integrity.
