Shipping
All shipments are shipped FOB Origin from Unaka Gear Co, LLC distribution center. Damage claims for merchandise must be made with the carrier per the carrier’s terms. Unaka Gear Co, LLC does not claim responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipment and cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. (updated as of July 17, 2023)
Large Items
Awnings, refrigerators, cabinets, air conditioners, and any other item that must ship via LTL freight do not qualify for free shipping. Items that ship via LTL will require a customer phone number to be shipped. If the customer is unable to accept the delivery at the time of delivery or fails to accept the scheduling call from the LRL carrier all costs associated with the delay are the responsibility of the customer. Unaka will not pay for storage or other fees caused by delays or failure to accept the shipment in a timely fashion. In the event the customer refuses to pay for accumulated fees the item will be returned to Unaka's facility at the customer expense. All associated fees must be paid before the item can be re-shipped to customer.
International Shipping
Unaka Gear Co, LLC will ship to pre-selected countries determined by us/we (Unaka Gear Co, LLC). If shipping options do not display for you when entering your Shipping Address, then we do not ship to your country. If your address and country are available for shipping, then we will ship to your country, but you will be required to pay Customs Duties for imported goods. Unaka Gear Co, LLC does not cover the cost of Customs Duties to any country and is not liable to do so. Prior to ordering from our website please inquire about your country's import taxes on goods.
