Unaka Gear Company is proud to bring you our Ram ProMaster roof rack bracket that can be used for a DIY roof rack using 8020, unistrut, or a custom roof rack. Whether you are making a ladder rack, a low profile rack for your solar panels, or a full size rack with a deck to stand on, these are the brackets for you.
If you are mounting 8020, you will also need our ProMaster Roof Rack 8020 Adapter Brackets
How many brackets do you need?
The number of brackets depends on your van size and the number of cleats on your van.
- 136: 6 cleats -> 6 brackets (3 sets)
- 159: 8 cleats -> 8 brackets (4 sets)
- 159EXT: 10 cleats -> 10 brackets (5 sets)

I had amazing customer service from Unaka! I live in Canada and there is no re-seller here so I had the Promaster roof rack brackets sent to a friend who was visiting Texas. USPS couldn't deliver the package for some reason so it was sent back to Unaka. They generally re-shipped my brackets to another location without missing a beat. Great products and great customer service!
Great product
I needed a low profile way to mount my solar panels because of the carport my Promaster sits under. These were perfect, I was able to mount lower height 14 gauge unistrut directly onto the Unaka brackets, even used the Unaka bolts! These are well made brackets, good job Unaka.

Worked as advertised. Good and solid. Specific dimensions would have been nice to know.
The brackets fit well, attached easily, and do far seem very solid.
They're a great product, but one of the mounts was missing the two rubber strips that attach to the mount. It was no big deal as I had some rubber gasket material to make due.
The Unaka roof rack brackets were recommended by many as being the best quality, so I took a shot. Turns out they were right. By far better quality than the others I have tried.

This is not as cool as it looks. Bad design for all the money you have to spend. If you put the roof rack right on the mounts your crossbars will hit the curved roof, you will have to shim the mount more then a 1/2in at each mount. So this mount will be a headache, you will have to find something else to shim it. Do but keep looking

We used this set up to mount our WeBoost. It was a perfect fit and perfect choice as we don’t have a roof rack. The customer service was fantastic, and they were patient, answering every single question. I highly recommend this product.
I wish I had known how many brackets it would take prior to my first order. I ended up ordering a total of 6.
