Flush Inside Splice Plates – Set of 4

Create clean, flush connections between sections of 15 Series 80/20 aluminum extrusion. Unaka Gear Co.’s Inside Splice Plate Assemblies install within the inside and bottom extrusion channels, leaving the top channel open for greater flexibility when positioning your roof rack components.

These assemblies are an ideal upgrade for V1 Unaka roof rack customers looking to replace the original top-mounted splice plates and gain more freedom when adjusting their rack layout.

COMPATIBILITY

INSTALLATION

We recommend using at least two plates at each extrusion connection: one in the inside channel and one in the bottom channel. Center each plate across the joint before fully tightening the set screws.

One set of four plates provides enough hardware for two connections when installed as recommended.
